Dear World,

Its me Danie B. I am going crazy today. I am at work and all I can think about is chocolate. In addition, I think I am going to retire the entire team for the fall. MY thoughts are riding along the lines of social suicide. I never want to talk to another man again, ever! They should stay on the other end of the earth and the women that are left on this side can engineer a robot that can produce more children. That way we can manipulate nature to genetically engineer perfect men with manners who always open the door, walk on the right side of the road, always pick up when we call and never EVER finish the "race" before a woman does...

Wouldn't that be fun??? Then we never have to worry about anything but taking over the world, work, bills and new recipes...oh and the munchkin ppl that everyone keeps trying to convince me are children.


LOLOL...that felt good.

Its me, Danie B. (reminiscent of an old fav...Hello God..its me, Margaret). I am up way too early on this lovely Sunday to go and spend the day with the lovely woman God gave me to. But of course....I had to stop in and give the party run update from last night...

Two spots that are definitely poppin' in 2010.

Friday's Afterwork Networking Mixer at The Gates

25th and 8th ave...nothing but hott boys in suits. A good time is had by all. LOL.

You must check this spot out...it only runs till 11 so you will be tucked in and ready to go for the following morning if you don't choose to keep party hopping if you do. And of course if you need to keep dancing...there is always Freedom Fridays at Le Poisson Rouge.

Fat Black Pussycat Saturdays on W4th right across from the Blue Note. I am a big fan of jazz but there is no jazz at this spot...a beautiful mixed crowd to go with your mixed drink...and the DJ keeps you MOVING all night. It is a intimate spot with adorable bouncers and plush chairs should your feet finally tire out! Again....a god time was had by all...nothing but cuties and ended nicely with the OFFICIAL song of the night...NOW THAT WE FOUND LOVE....so I am naming it song of the week...quotes for focus coming tomorrow!

I am sitting on my couch with my homegirl Lyfe... discussing how ridiculous guys can be when they are in Love. It is so stupid...all we ever want is for them to love us but as soon as they do..we (me) become the runaway bride. Can we say Danie has problems with love? Yes, we can!

Hot Spots....eyes on summer

So its time to build the roster once again.....so we are off to the trenches ladies!!! This week I popped in to some #oldiesbutgoodies hotspots in NYC...and slid into a few new ones. STOP....This is a test of the Emergency Broadcast System. This is only a test ....PAY ATTENTION to the line that follows.

The guys are hotter, smarter, focused and direct. I just HAD to SHARE!!!

I don't know where they are breeding these guys...or if I have to take a red pill or blue pill to see more of them. But if this is what the matrix has to offer...I am sooo in!!!

Wed-- Tillman's -- Jaiden the Cure Performance

He was amazing as usual...video and pics coming soon!! This guy has a voice like a waterfall and a great personality to boot! This place has a cool vibe and is an old fav of mine. Neo-soul, Live music, quaint surroundings, and it is always full of interesting people.

Thurs -- Honey -- How sweet it is Thursday

The drinks were flowin...the music was poppin and the "man-candies" were friendly and in abundance...its a must do...great promoters who really treat the clientele well.

Fri -- The Gates-- Afterwork Networking Event -- Guest speaker Andrew Morrison

I happened upon this by accident but boy was I glad that I did...

Great speaker + Great Ambiance + Advancing Minorities = Perfect Activity
